Christina Applegate Discloses That She Has Multiple Sclerosis
American actress, dancer, and producer Christina Applegate recently disclosed that she has Multiple Sclerosis. The 49-years old actress revealed this news through her social media network account.
“Hi friends. A few months ago, I was diagnosed with MS. It’s been a strange journey. But I have been so supported by people that I know who also have this condition. It’s been a tough road. But as we all know, the road keeps going. Unless some asshole blocks it.”

The Emmy-Award-winning actress requests her fans for privacy in another tweet.

In 2008, Applegate was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her representative confirmed this news in a statement, “Christina Applegate was diagnosed with an early stage of breast cancer. Benefiting from early detection through a doctor-ordered MRI, the cancer is not life-threatening. Christina is following the recommended treatment of her doctors and will have a full recovery. No further statement will be issued at this time.” She fought bravely and got cancer-free in the same year after having a double mastectomy, though cancer was only in one breast.
